We are looking forward to hiring a smart and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as an HR Executive. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labour legislation.
Responsibilities
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
• Manage employee database
• Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
• Overseeing the employee's joining and exit process.
• Managing workplace issues and complaints.
• Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
• Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
• Handling the Payroll, Performance and Appraisals.
• Explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
• Proven 2 to 6 years as a Human Resources, HR Analyst or any similar position in the Human Resources Department
• Good to have working experience with HR tools like GreytHR.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle and labour laws
• Active listening skills
• Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
• Good conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Strong work ethics
