Roles and Responsibilities
• Take care of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Coordinate with the candidates for the interview timings and joining formalities.
• Understand the requirements of the company need and shortlist suitable candidates from the available resources.
• Take care of Recruitment, Payroll processing, PF and ESI, Statutory Compliance, Grievance redressal & settlement process of employees.
• Maintain regular reports and MIS.
• Providing the necessary support systems for
