Bloomegg is a digital marketing agency that helps brands to scale their revenue. We are majorly focusing on the e-commerce space, our company has worked with 200+ brands in India and the North American market to improve their marketing efforts and build brand presence.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the management of HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management tasks Day-to-day tasks include assisting with recruiting efforts, conducting initial screenings of applicants, assisting with the execution of HR policies, and helping with employee onboarding.
Qualifications
• Experience or coursework in Human Resources (HR)
• Familiarity with HR management software
• Understanding of HR policies and employee benefits programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and carry out duties with minimal supervision
• Experience working with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
