Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR team with day-to-day tasks such as HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. The role is located in our New Delhi office, but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
• Experience in personnel management
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
