Responsibilities:
● Handling and taking care of end-to-end processes of recruitment
● Screening candidates for multiple positions through the portals like Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and LinkedIn
● Arranging and conducting telephonic interviews of the shortlisted candidates
● Sending offer letters, appointment letters, salary increment letters, grievance letters, NDAs, etc., to the employees
● Coordinating and guiding the candidates regarding the onboarding process
● Coordinating for interviews
● Collecting and updating our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
● Posting for openings on multiple job portals
