Human Resources Intern

POSITION : Human Resources intern (paid opportunity)
DURATION : 3 months
LOCATION : Remote
Job description :
1. Screen resumes and application forms
2. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
3. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
4. Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
5. Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
6. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
7. Participate in organizing company events and careers days
What we are looking for :
1. Candidate should posses Excellent Communication skills.
2. Laptop with stable internet connection is mandatory.
3. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
4. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
5. Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
