• Assist in managing the spectrum of H. R. operations to support employee life - cycle,
from pre - onboarding to exit.
• Assist in data management in the HRIS Portal.
• Creating letters and collecting documents of the employees.
• Help in driving continuous improvement of H. R. operations processes.
• Assisting in analysing H. R. data, generate reports & share insights for management
reporting.
• Assist in conducting employee engagement activities

Location - Vidyavihar (Work from office)
Duration - 3 to 6 months
