Human Resources Intern

We are looking for Human Resource Interns, who will be responsible to hire candidates for Sales, Retail Sales, BPO - ITES and blue collar candidates.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing potential candidates from various platforms (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
2. Screen resumes based on criteria provided by the client.
2. Interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
4. Coordinate overall recruitment process.
Skills Required:
• Effective communication skills
• Professional behaviour and Positive attitude
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Basic knowledge in Job posting
• High energy and passion
• Freshers can apply
Eligible to Apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for 3-4 Hrs a day Monday t0 Friday (W.F.H.) internship.
2. can start the internship immediately.
3. are available for duration of 3 months.
4. have relevant skills and interests.

4. Performance based stipend: Monthly Rs 4000 + performance Incentive.
