Human Resources Intern

We are looking for Human Resource Interns, who will be responsible to hire candidates for Sales, Retal Sales, BPO - ITES and blue collar candidates.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing potential candidates from various platforms (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
2. Screen resumes based on criteria provided by the client.
2. Interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
4. Coordinate overall recruitment process.
4. Need to successfully placed 15 candidates per month and responsible for 30 days of replacement ( Note: Successfully placed means Need to complete atleast 30 days with the same Employer)
Skills Required:
• Effective communication skills
• Professional behaviour and Positive attitude
•Basic Excel knowledge
•Basic knowledge in Job posting
• High energy and passion
• Freshers can apply

1. are available for full time (W.F.H.) internship
2. can start the internship immediately
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills
and interests
