• Responsible for End to End recruitment process within deadlines
• Sourcing the Candidates ,Screening , Interview Coordination ,
• Interview Scheduling, Interviewing , Joining Formalities.
• Employee ID Creation, Issuing OFfer letter and Appointment letter.
• Initiating and Organising Employee Engagement Programs
• Coordinating with Vendors for employee's Uniform & ID cards.
• Should address employees grievances as soon as possible.
• Flexible to travel to different branches for carrying out HR activities
• Assistance in Monthly Salary Processing, Payroll Reports &Statutory statements
• Time Office & attendance Management
• Coordinating with Payroll team for relieved employee's FNF settlement.
• Issuing Relieving & Experience letter.
• ESI Card generation & PF queries handling.
