Human Resources Generalist

Role Description This is a full-time Human Resources Generalist role located on-site in New Delhi at UnBoxFame. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing employee benefits, providing support for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and championing company culture and values. The Human Resources Generalist will also collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, and will serve as a trusted advisor to company leadership on human resources issues. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations, benefits management, and compliance • Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to all levels of the organization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Passionate about HR, culture, and people • designing and implementing overall recruitment strategies Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases , social media etc Job type : Full time Days of Working : 5.5 Days ( Alternate Saturdays are working ) Salary : upto 4.5 LPA
