1. Proven experience of all HR Functions
2. Responsibility of Recruiting and Staffing [Telephonic Interview, Face-To-Face screening of Candidates, Short listing as per requirement & suitable candidate for the Organization.]
3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
4. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
5. Joining Formalities
6. Salary Management/Attendance management/leave calculations/Appraisal
7. Having experience of Employee engagement activities
8. Performance Management and Improvement Systems
9. Training of New Employee
10. Conduct disciplinary actions with Following Organizational Norms & Policies.
11. Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees
12. Compensation and Benefits Administration
13. Employee Safety, Welfare, Wellness, and Health
14. Office management
