Human Resources Generalist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Managers with Human resources support and consultation on a variety of matters including operations queries, performance management, retention and employee relations issues.
Ensure new employee are onboarded smoothly and effectively.
Serve as the primary contact for leaves and coordinate with Benefits and Payroll as needed.
Participate in HR/Company-wide initiatives that enhance retention such as company surveys.
Assist HR Leadership team in various global initiatives.
Address queries from employees about transfer requests, employee letters, other topics.
Conduct employee relations investigations and provide consultation to employees and managers.
Manage the termination process, including advising and accompanying the supervisor, conducting exit interviews, and submitting required documentation.
Maintain compliance with all central, state and local legislation and reporting requirements pertaining to employment and labor laws.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 - 8 years broad-based HR experience. In-depth Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Advance Excel
