Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and support employee development and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or related field
• Training and certification in HR management is desirable
