The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other HR-related tasks. They will also work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of HR management principles and practices • Experience in HR operations • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to handle employee relations and HR policies effectively • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field • Human Resources (HR) Certification preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
