Driving and managing all HR initiatives/employee engagement agenda, recruitment /selection and on boarding
- Ensuring initiatives are implemented, required data is fetched and feedback shared on initiatives
- Manage performance based engagement, grievance handling, exit management, etc.
- Manage and process end to end payroll under strict deadlines.
- Being an HR SPOC, responsible for managing employee related queries and their resolution
- Process smoother F&F Settlement
