Human Resources Executive

The Rainier community is our family, and working here with us is enjoyable. To synchronise our standard operating procedures, we are seeking for a driven and ambitious HR associate.

Responsibilities

Connecting with prospective job applicants.

Finding qualified applicants for the available roles in accordance with the established KRAs

Setting up interviews and filling positions within the deadline.

Verifying a candidate's credentials by getting in touch with references.

Managing HR records, such as personnel forms, applicant logs, and resumes.

Organize the distribution of employment contracts and check their completion.

Conducting orientations for new hires.

Addressing inquiries from within the firm about HR.

Maintaining employee confidentiality.

Coordinating employee Trainings.

Attendance and leave management and assist in the pay role.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a comparable discipline

Prior employment in the human resources field ( Preferred in Logistics )

Proficient with Microsoft programs, particularly Excel.

Good communication abilities and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Discreet yet professional appearance.

Decent organising abilities.

An accessible manner and empathy.

Honesty, integrity, and paying attention.
