HR Operations Executive:
Someone who has a knack for stakeholder management and is “the person” that our operations team members could go to for advice and feedback. Are you the one we are looking for?
Tasks & Responsibilities: -
● Be present “on the field” to visit our stores and gather employee feedback (primary data)
● Implement new company policies at our stores
● Monitor internal HR systems and databases
● Manage and complete life cycle of employees at the store
● Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
● Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics
● Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
● Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same
● Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Requirements: -
● Bachelor’s degree
● Industry experience in the field of retail, hospitality, QSR, consumer goods
● Prior experience in the field of HR and/or team management is strongly preferred
● Willingness to travel and visit our stores across Mumbai
