Invedus makes outsourcing extremely simple by providing businesses with dedicated employees in India who work exclusively for them, the same as their own on-site recruit. We fulfill a traditional vacuum on the outsourcing spectrum encountered by hundreds of small, medium enterprises across the globe who were traditionally reliant on offshore freelancers.
Selected Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on employee records, master data, attrition data, and other HR related database
2. Work on joining formalities and exit formalities
3. Maintain employee files
4. Assist corporate HR manager in the day to day activity
5. Handle clients and update regularly about holidays and any other issues
6. Take on requirement work and fill up any open vacancies (both technical and non-technical)
7. Design, improve and implement company policies
Who Can Apply:
The candidate should be graduated.
Minimum 1 year of IT Hiring experience is required.
Having strong English communication skills.
Sound knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process
