SMEST recognizes that the key to a prosperous country is majorly driven by its economic activity. Hence, the company seeks to scale the peak of distinction in the financial ecosystem in India. Therefore, with technology progressing we are also looking to expand our brand reach for which we are looking for Mumbai based experienced mind to fill in the position as ‘HR Executive’.
Responsibilities:
• Organizing and maintaining personnel records.
• Updating internal HR databases.
• Update internal databases.
• Use various platforms for hiring candidates.
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
• Develop training and onboarding material.
• Publish and remove job ads.
• Manage and process payroll.
• Arranging travel/accommodation for management.
• Internal communications within the company.
• Maintaining miscellaneous important records.
• Data entry and MIS.
Requirements:
• Should have minimum 3 years of Work Experience in Human Resource Managemnet.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical and problem-solving mind-set.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Work from office
• Self-motivated
• Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
