Candidate Requirements -
- Minimum 6 months of proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Graduation must, MBA in HR preferred

- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases
- Prepare HR documents like employee contracts (offer letter appointment letter, increment letters, relieving letters and so on) and new hire guides
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors and ensure legal compliance Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Support the recruitment team in hiring (posting job ads on job portals)
- Managing assets for all the employees during onboarding
