Duties you will be involved with include:
Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issuesReferring issues to senior HR staffAssisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisersCoordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offersConducting inductions of new staffParticipating in the collection of market salary information for the annual reviewInputting into the monthly payroll
