Role Description 1West Finance is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This hybrid role will be located in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee engagement, and compliance programs. They will also provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters. Qualifications • Experience in human resources management and administration. • Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, compliance, and performance management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Experience in policy and procedure development, implementation and review. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Professional certification in HR or related field, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is preferred
