- Proven working experience of 3-6 years

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files and documentation.
- Handling Employee Grievances and escalating issues where necessary.
- Follow up and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process.
- Understanding of other HR responsibilities and can handle them as and when required.
- Initiation and involvement in employee engagement activities and celebrations.
