Qualifications:

MBA In Human Resource (60% marks throughout the academics)
Good Communication skills
Good Excel Knowledge
Experience:

Minimun 6 Months of Experience in HR Domain
Industry: Metal Manufacturing

Location: Bright Metals (I) Pvt. Ltd., VKI Area, Jaipur

Job Role:

Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Designing, managing and Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
Perform reference checks as need
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Stay ahead of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Job Posting in various job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri etc.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks.
Joining Formalities of new Employees.
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Prepare offer letter, appointment letter , Termination letter, transfer letter as required.
