Job Title : HR Manager Location: Jaipur Term : Full Time Salary : 30-40k Experience : 4+ years Job Role: We are looking for a HR manager to maintain and develop effective internal procedures, handle employee-related issues, support recruiting, payroll processings and retention efforts, and keep performance at peak levels. Requirements: Female candidates are preferred. Must have Master's in Business Administration. Should have 4+ years of experience in HR. Experience required in Hospitality Industry. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law Exposure to payroll practices Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools. Effective HR administration and people management skills
