Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Hiring & retaining potential employees
• Creating an open environment for effective communication
• Assisting with effective rollouts of payments
• Addressing concerns & disputes with utmost care & responsibility
• Organizing & managing important events
• Ensuring active participation of employees & organization in case of important events
• Timely updation and counselling of employees with regards to their performance & working culture
• Acting as a responsible point of contact between the organization & employees

Requirements & Qualifications
• Graduation with a degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of work experience
• Basic understanding of G-Suite and MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Staying flexible with the work profile

Our Journey

Rajasthan Studio began its journey in 2019 from a small working space in Jaipur, Rajasthan, linking the travel and art sectors together to offer offbeat travel experiences through personalized masterclass workshops. During the pandemic, we decided to scale our business through virtual art experiences, giving birth to the idea of the Rooftop. Over the span of the last 3 years, we have grown to over 60 employees working from our Jaipur and Mumbai offices.
