HR Executive - Operations

Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:
JLPT N2 Mandatory
1. Receive inquiries/problems from users by call and support them to close them
2. Create, maintain, and update communication logs from users
3. Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements
4. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements
5. Provide translation service from Japanese to English and vice vasa for documents that are created by project teams
6. Ensure that the programs and portfolios are aligned to operational and strategic objectives
7. Co-ordination with other teams
8. Customer interactions with good communication skills
9. Documentation (User manual/guide)
10. Should be proactive and ensure the task is completed as per expectations.
11. Submit regular reports for SLA and KPI results to the project manager in accordance with client standard procedure and templates
12. Collaborate, cooperate and liaise appropriately in each project phase with business members as well as colleagues in support
