We manufacture Readymade Fashionable Apparels, Footwear & Accessories for our customers. Now we are also stepping into Media segment where we will launch our Fashion & Lifestyle Magazine, Newspaper, Online Channel, OTT platform and many more products related to Fashion Industries. Job Summary / Position Description: We are looking for an efficient Talent Operations Coordinator to undertake various recruitment coordination and operations duties. The person joining this role will support end-to-end recruitment activities like sourcing; screening; interview coordination, reporting, pre-employment coordination, database management, and workshop operations management ensuring compliance. As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will be providing customer service (to all engaged stakeholders), Candidate engagement & and employer branding (by being the face of the company to all prospective candidates). Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process and internal business operations coordination smooth, ensure compliance, and recruit and retain high-performing employees. Responsibilities: · Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc., specifically for hiring freelancers, marketing associates, college ambassadors, and sourcing partners. · Coordinate with sourcing teams and schedule sessions and seminars for the organization. · Coordinate workshop operations management, ensure recording of the required compliance, and maintain the database for the same. · Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team’s agenda · Manage the operational communication with the organizations. · Assist in ad-hoc projects, as advised. Requirements and Skills: · Proficiency in English and Hindi · 1-3 years experience as a talent acquisition coordinator or relevant project coordination role. · Excellent knowledge of MS Office for reporting documentation · Familiarity with social media recruiting · High attention to detail · Communication Skills (Written and verbal) · Self-motivated professional with a results-driven approach · Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to handle data with confidentiality · Good organizational and time management skills Good to have but not mandatory (Skills) · BSc/BA/MBA in Business Administration, Human Resource or relevant field Qualified candidates are welcome with a variety of skills. No Individual candidate is expected to possess all qualifications as the selected candidate brings unique skills to our work and complements a team. Benefits: • This is a 2 year contract. • You have to recruit 3000 candidates. • For every candidate on-boarding company will pay you Rs. 100. • If employee completed 4 months with company than company will pay you Rs. 50 extra for that particular employee. • Work from Home facility. (Only for crucial discussion you have to come to office.) • After completion of 2 year contract, company will give you 4 years of experience certificate. • Increment, Regular Pay, Bonus, Promotion, Contract renewal depends on your productive work.
