Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques and full-cycle recruitment
Onboarding, joining formalities and leave management
Employee engagement, grievances handling
Oversee daily operations of the HR department and Employees
Required Candidate profile
Graduation or post-graduation, MBA in HR will be preferred
Freshers with good knowledge can also apply
Good knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, etc
Good communication skills.
