Position: - HR Executive
Relevant Experience- Minimum 2- 5 yrs.
Thorough understanding of the company's HR policies and processes.
Developing own network of suitable candidates.
Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Interviewing candidates.
Preparing job offers.
Networking with various institutions and social media platforms.
Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
Manage employees’ grievances.
Measure employee retention and turnover rate.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Thorough understanding of the company’s HR policies and processes.
Negotiation abilities in dealing with new recruits and payroll.
Work in various functions and operations of HR department
Assist the HR department in the hiring process.
Should possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
