HR Executive

Looking for an HR executive experienced in the apparel manufacturing industry.
Must have experience hiring and managing administrative activities relating to merchandising and designing staffers.
Must have experience dealing with contractors, fabricators and job-workers
Must understand the nuances of PF/ESIC compliance with respect to contract workers and daily wage employees
Should be resourceful in identifying relevant contractors and adept at negotiating day-to-day matters with them
Prior experience in local garment manufacturing businesses is a must
Candidates based outside Jaipur need not apply.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
