This position involves managing various HR functions and supporting the overall HR strategy and objectives. As an HR Executive, primary responsibility is to support the human resources department in various aspects of employee management and organizational development supporting various HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, handling employee-related issues, implementing HR policies, training, maintainence of employee lifecycle, HR administration, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive work environment.
