Job DescriptionA Day of HR Recruiter at India's leading Life Insurance Company
• Reliance Nippon Life Insurance in Goregaon East Mumbai Candidates should be from Western suburbs of Mumbai.
Experience - 1 to 2 years of hardcore recruitment in non IT profiles in consultancies. Smart and aggressive Freshers are welcome with HR Knowledge Roles & Responsibilities
• Sourcing resumes from different portals to recruit sales and BFSI profiles for pan India branches of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Screening resumes and shortlisting them according to the given job description Calling the candidates and taking all relevant information from them Scheduling them as per the interview schedule with Branch Managers.
Taking references from candidates and try to find different ways to source the profiles.
Maintain proper data and excel sheets to record daily work routine Coordinate with the candidates and zonal HR Need to be in contact with candidates till their joining.
Need to have experience in Bulk hiring and should have worked Sales profiles Work from office Hsc/Graduate Must have min 1 to 2 years of experience in Non IT Recruitment (Freshers can be considered with HR knowledge)
