End to end recruitment
Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment process.
Hiring resources from mid - level to Senior Level hiring.
Extensive experience in full cycle recruiting: gathering requirements from the team, sourcing, screening, interviewing, verifying references and retaining of the candidates
Ensure authenticity of candidates before submitting the resume to the Lead.
Sanity checks of resume in order to ensure that required skill sets are present in the projects done by candidates.

Handling payroll
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paper work.
