Immediate joinee preferred Experience: 2-5 yrs Experience with full-cycle recruiting (IT and Non-IT recruitment) Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques Handle employee onboarding and exit process Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate Familiar with human resource management systems Conduct exit interviews and one to one discussion with employees Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee Skills/Abilities: Solid communication skills Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skill Positive & pro-active attitude towards work Quick learner with a self-motivated approach
