Head - Operations - Banking/BPO

We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Operations Head.
Responsibilities:
- Review and where required introduce new detailed processes covering all areas of operations of the company covering inside sales, branch ops. HR, accounts, transaction management, IT, sales, marketing and operational aspects of any other activity in the company
- Review actual implementation of all operational processes; gap analysis and time bound program to attain high degree of operational efficiencies
- Review and where required introduce new productivity benchmarks for every activity / position
- Review and where required introduce new performance review process against benchmarks to ensure business and revenue targets are well supported by operational efficiencies
- Create training manuals, oversee training sessions and create metrics to track training efficiency
