● Proven graphic designing experience of 3 to 5 years
● A strong eye for visual composition, typography & color for social
media posts, banners , infographics, illustrations, videos
● Coordinating with the social media team and marketing manager to
discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
● Ability to conceptualize and design graphics for reports, collaterals,
and social media campaigns
● Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through
research
● Possession of creative flair, versatility, with experience in conceptual
and design thinking
● Ability to work with a wide range of media from design to graphics
● Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
● Presenting finalized ideas and concepts
● Proficiency in desktop publishing tools: Corel Draw and/or Adobe
Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects).
● Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, creating &
modify fonts according to brand guidelines keeping abreast of
emerging technologies in new media.
● A team player
● Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight
deadlines
● Working as part of a team with copywriters, illustrators, and other
designers.
● Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of
layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
