Job Title: Graphic Designer for Story Digital

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Story Digital. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs for various digital platforms. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and impactful design concepts for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

2. Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with our brand guidelines and target audience preferences.

3. Design and optimize user interfaces for websites and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and intuitive navigation.

4. Develop engaging visual content for social media platforms, including static images, animations, and videos.

5. Work closely with the marketing team to design compelling digital advertisements that drive brand awareness and generate leads.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and suggest creative ideas to enhance our visual presence in the digital space.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and content creators, to ensure the successful implementation of design projects.

8. Ensure all design deliverables are produced in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital agency or a similar environment.

2. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms.

3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch.

4. Solid understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and layout design.

5. Knowledge of current trends in digital design, user interface design, and user experience principles.

6. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment, taking feedback and incorporating it into design iterations.

7. Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design ideas to stakeholders.

8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

2. Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Figma) to create interactive design mockups.

3. Understanding of HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with web developers.

4. Knowledge of branding and marketing principles to align designs with overall business objectives.
