Graphic Designer

Truemeds is looking for a creative and expressive Graphic Designer, who can deliver

performance-oriented creatives. You will be responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic,

on-brand, and on-strategy creatives for the brand’s key digital touch-points.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Translate product positioning, and existing marketing strategies into effective designs.

● Should be on-the-go creative for performance marketing ads.

● Understanding brand visual guidelines, color palettes and templates

● Work with relevant teams to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.

● Work with Marketing Managers to translate and create marketing requirements into

compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.

● Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touchpoints.

● Provide design support to other teams, when necessary.

● Editing video clips for use on social media platforms including reels, and YouTube shorts.

● Providing technical support for design- and video-related efforts

● Optimizing graphics and video content for social media platforms

● Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and

graphics files.

The ideal candidate must have:

● Minimum experience of 4+ years.

● Sound knowledge of creating short engaging videos, animations, GIFs, Social media

carousels, out of the box designs.

● A strong eye for detail and knowledge of the latest social media trends. (Meme

Culture, Western Culture, The Latest Western Trends)

● Basic knowledge of GIF animation and photo color correction Performance media

understanding is preferred, although not mandatory Strong conceptualization and

ideation behind their designs.

● Hands-on experience in using content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro,

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects etc.

● Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
