GENERAL MANAGER - OPERATIONS
We are looking for GM-Operations who will administrate and manage all operations in the milk processing plant right from RMRD till Dispatch with knowledge and experience of following functions:
Process criticalities in RMRD section.
All quality control parameters.
All quality related tests.
Criticalities in handling Milk and Milk Products.
Milk Product Enhancement.
Skills:
Dairy Processing.
Dairy Product Enhancement.
Operations Management.
Process Optimization.
Compliance.
Workforce Administration.
Education:
Dairy/Food Related minimum diploma.
Experience:
Minimum 7 years experience in Dairy Industry, handling more than 100klpd.
Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance to norms.
To manage and coordinate workforce and operations from various departments.
Minimalizing wastage/usage of various resources while increasing efficiency.
Ensure streamlined operations.
Enhancing product quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
