Full Stack Engineer

Pollen Tech Pte Ltd is a private B2B marketplace for buying and selling excess inventory sustainably. They are dedicated to helping customers reduce business waste and work towards a zero-waste world. Pollen Tech Pte Ltd is looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join their team.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Pollen platform. You will be working closely with the team to deliver new features, improve existing ones and help scale the platform. You will also be responsible for ensuring the code is well-tested, maintainable and secure. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain features for the Pollen platform
Work closely with the team to deliver new features, improve existing ones and help scale the platform
Establish and enforce coding standards and development processes
Ensure the code is well-tested, maintainable and secure
Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure the best possible user experience
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and frameworks
Continuously identify and solve technical problems
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js and related technologies
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience working with AWS or other cloud providers
Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
Experience with Agile development methodologies and TDD/BDD practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
