Roles & Responsibilities:
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications.
• Design highly scalable, testable code for web-based software systems.
• Develop server-side scripts to create micro-services that power our Customer Experience and User journeys.
• Build web-based software systems using N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly-scalable approaches, and complex security models & Implementations.
• Effectively communicate and enforce goals, objectives, feedback, measurable metrics, and improvement plans.
• Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a strong technical culture and team growth.
• Collaborate with project leads, product managers, and fellow software developers to deliver outstanding solutions.
Key Skillsets / Requirements:
• Educational Background: BCA or Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in PHP Frameworks, particularly Laravel, and familiarity with any other framework.
• Strong programming skills in PHP and Python for back-end development.
• Experience with JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Front-End skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Competence in working with databases, including MySQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB.
• Previous experience with web-services, including REST and SOAP.
• Proficiency in using GIT for version control is a must.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, AWS, and Agile methodologies would be a significant advantage.
