Design, write, test, review, and deploy high quality scalable code as well as guide others to do the sameHelp shape the technical roadmap as the client scales its services and builds new productsEvaluate feature feasibility and project timelines by identifying priorities, rabbit holes, and interdependenciesDebug issues as they arise and make solution recommendationsRun code reviews and apply software development best practicesProvide mentorship and support to other developers helping to grow the team and improve client processesActively learn and seek ways continuously to improve, researching best practices and suggesting appropriate technologies
