Founding Back-End & Data Engineer

WattShift is seeking an engineer experienced in API development, data ingestion and processing, and data analysis to lay the technical foundation of our platform. Platform includes ingesting and processing various energy data sources, while publishing external APIs. Any experience with electricity data is a bonus.
Please include the following in your application note:
1) One sentence outlining experience building APIs
2) One sentence outlining your experience handling data, data engineering data science, etc.
3) How long is your notice period? I.e. how long before you could start working at WattShift?
4) Are you willing to work part-time during your notice period so you can add value to WattShift sooner?
Tech we use for reference - but the best candidate might have no experience with any of these tools or frameworks: Language: TypeScript Server Framework: Nest.js REST API (with fastify under the hood) Containerization: docker / docker compose Deployment: Railway (container deployment service) DB: postgresdb using Prisma.js ORM DB Provider: neon.tech DNS provider: cloudflare
