responsibilities:
1.Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage the company's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze financial data and performance to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial results against budgets and forecasts. 2.Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Present financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in financial reporting. 3.Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, such as market fluctuations, interest rate changes, and credit risks.
Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure the company's financial stability. 4.Budget Management: Allocate financial resources effectively to various departments and projects based on business priorities.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary limits. 5*.Cash Flow Management: *Manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations, investments, and debt servicing.
Optimize cash management strategies to maximize interest income and minimize financing costs.
