Job description
Basic Purpose of the Job:
The Facility Executive (FE) is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all the facilities at the Client site including housekeeping, technical, security, travel, pantry and admin related jobs and control cost/expenses maintaining a high degree of employee satisfaction.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
• Office Management: Day to day office activities to support all sections of Employees & Utilities like water, power stationery, pantry, consumables etc.
• Upkeep & Housekeeping : Complete office area
• Hospitality Management: Visitor Management, including providing Security and other
• arrangements for the visitors, including international and Senior Visitors.
• Maintenance of the Client facility.
• Identification of vendors and maintaining vendor database & Local Purchase v General coordination with the other verticals.
• Timely payment of Rent, Electricity, telephone bills and others
