_Purpose of job: _ To manage and deliver to a high standard Services for Clients.This includes: - Prepare internal and external corporate reports on regular basis - To co-ordinate with Project team and collect all the relevant bills supporting and reports for invoicing for proper report - To be responsible for promoter management _Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:_ - _In conjunction with the Accounts team - To Monitor, Report & Co-ordinate with the activation & accounts team. Providing regular, accurate reports of client data - Co-ordination and follow up with the concern team for proper data. _Requirements and skills: _ - Extremely good knowledge and skill in Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, V-Look Up, H-Look, Power Point, - Tech Savvy - Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information - Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with data - High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness - Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software. _Key relationships: __(include internal and external): With Business Development and Project team internally and with clients and vendors externally_ _Other important features or requirements of the job _ - __(e.g. travel, unsocial/evening hours, restrictions on employment etc)_ Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Internet reimbursement Schedule: - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Kudghat, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Education: - Bachelor's (preferred) Experience: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Speak with the employer +91-XXXXXXXXXX
