Executive - HR (Generalist)

Day to Day Activities • End to End Recruitment (Technical & Non Technical) • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards etc • Design and update job descriptions, • Screen incoming resumes and application forms • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) • shortlisting of qualified candidates • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits • Onboarding & Exit Formalities. • Employee Grievance & Engagement. • Managing employees’ expense sheets, advance details and further reconciliation. • Payroll Management. • Employee Relationship, Motivation & Welfare. • Policy Making & Procedure. • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire • Other HR Operation • Helping in organising & arranging tender documents etc Requirements MBA with 1 year of experience in HR Domain · Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases · Team player with effective communication skills and experience in liaising with suppliers, Contractors and Govt officials · Sound judgement · Basics of MS office (word, Excel, PPT) · Good, pleasant and Positive attitude towards learning assigned tasks and duties. • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
