Responsibilities

Conduct English Training Sessions:
• Travel to different schools across India to provide English language training to teachers.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions focused on improving English language proficiency.

Develop Training Materials:
• Create and customize training materials, lesson plans, and resources to meet the specific needs of teachers in different schools.

Assessment and Feedback:
• Evaluate the English language skills of teachers through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Design and implement ongoing assessment tools to measure progress.

Professional Development:
• Stay updated on the latest developments in English language teaching methodologies and educational technology.
• Provide professional development advice and resources to enhance teaching skills.

Collaboration:
• Collaborate with school administrators and education stakeholders to understand the unique requirements of each institution.
• Foster positive relationships with teachers and school staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: A degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

Teaching Experience: Proven experience as an English language trainer or teacher, with a track record of successful training sessions.

Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of the English language, including strong grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.

Certification: Certification in English language teaching (TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent) is a plus.

Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively across different locations in India and manage logistics efficiently
